Mr. Dharmendra Sharma is a Professional Management Trainer, Business Consultant, and Visiting Faculty to Premium B Schools of India. He provides practical interactive and fun-filled activity-based training through workshops and seminars. Dharmendra has 20 years of wide experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry that includes Lederle, Wyeth, and Pfizer where he has handled a varied product portfolio into sales and marketing and has been an outstanding performer. Dharmendra has done Bsc (Mathematics) from Rajasthan University Jaipur and MBA in Marketing from NMIMS Mumbai and is the recipient of “Best Student Award” during his MBA at NMIMS. He is one of the founder members of NMIMS Business School Alumni Association (Under Companies Act sec. 8) and has created Mission, Vision, Values, and Motto to the organization. He holds the office as Director since 2012 and also been awarded for his significant contribution to the association. Dharmendra has the knowledge of six languages that include Hindi, English, French, Italian, German and Japanese. He has worked as linguist and interpreter at his early stage of career and also served as foreign language faculty with Ryan International School Jaipur from 1992 to 96. Dharmendra is on the mission to empower professionals through training and development for the last 9 years. The main focus lies on the training and development of professionals and to keep them motivated and equip with the latest knowledge in their field. Dharmendra is a Member of Rotary Club of Bombay West and currently holds the position as Director Vocational Service and also the District Chair for Medical II Rotary District 3141. As Director Community Service in 2018-19, he is handled Rural, Environment & women Empowerment projects that include global grant projects of WaSH, building toilet blocks, and E-learning with 61 schools in rural Maharashtra where students are getting benefited. He is the President Nominee of The Rotary Club of Bombay West. Dharmendra has also been the part of Project Humsafar and winner of Guinness Book of World Records. Dharmendra has been working for Eye Skin & Organ Donation Awareness drive. He has also been recognized for his contribution towards conducting Skill Development training workshops for the Teachers across Maharastra and has been awarded with NATION BUILDER AWARD.
