In this overall professional experience, Dharmesh has also spent around 6 years as an Entrepreneur in the E-Commerce, Event Management, and Digital Marketing domains. He has strong business acumen and his multifaceted personality and immense perseverance have helped him explore the unexplored and gaining a wider experience and success. Dharmesh is currently heading the Business Unit for Yugasa Bot, an NLP-based and AI-enabled bot by Yugasa Software Labs. In this role, he is responsible for the overall business development of Yugasa Bot and helping to take its reach at a global level. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth transitioning of all the processes right from Sales & Marketing of Yugasa Bot to providing the clients with a customized solution and from there on helping the organization maintain a healthy client relationship. He has a penchant for trying new things and is known for his effective communication, people-centric leadership, and team management abilities. In his free time, he plays with his furry buddy Leo. In fact, his fondness for pets even urged him to explore the pet services industry in the past. During this endeavour, his efforts helped in taking the pet training services at a Pan-India level.
