About Dharmil Hindocha

As an Operations Manager at Impactree, I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all business activities are performed efficiently and effectively. My role involves managing resources, monitoring performance metrics, identifying and addressing operational issues, and working with various teams to improve processes and workflows. As the Joint Treasurer of the Rotaract Club of NMIMS Sunrise during the 2020-21 term, I was responsible for managing the club's finances and ensuring that all financial transactions were recorded accurately and transparently. I also helped to plan and organize various social and community service events. During my time as a Marketing Ambassador and Project Manager at GoDutchPay.in, I helped to promote and market the company's products and services through various online and offline channels. I also managed multiple projects related to digital marketing and customer acquisition. As a part of the live project Mission One Lakh by Rotary Club District 3142, I worked on developing marketing strategies and creating awareness about the importance of vaccination among children in underprivileged communities. I also helped to organize vaccination drives and conducted educational sessions on the benefits of vaccination.
