I have become an expert in the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and ASI Best Practices, providing data analyst support to the Architect and Project Manager. I design and manage the build of dashboards and reports that visualize the results of client experience management programs, with a keen attention to detail and continuous project refinements. My expertise extends to building complex surveys that gather valuable insights, utilizing the Qualtrics platform to its fullest potential. I conduct systems analysis and integrate data with customer systems via SFTP and REST APIs.
