Being a strong information technology professional with bachelor’s degree focused in electronics, and engineering; I am an achievement-oriented person, where my aim is to be extremely focused while working in a challenging position. While working with Thomson Reuters I handled the organization’s Financial, and risk sector by developing SQL scripts for effective metrics calculation of data, where I validated the accuracy, and consistency of customer data received from Oracle, Siebel, and sales force systems. This way I was able to reduce the verification downtime by 15% for processing of daily customer generated data reports. I was nominated by the management to represent the group, and present the customer data management team strategy at the Reuters customer expo 2016. Accomplished as a customer data management strategist, I as a team member from India, consistently worked for creating value for the company, and the client. I developed structures, and hierarchies for robust handling data generated from all sectors. As a team member, I have validated customer data for revenue records, creating an improved process workflow for effective data management, which resulted in 30% of reduction in query handling time of the customers.
