Dhaval is currently working as Global Brand Manager supporting Global Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals business unit. Prior to Novartis, Dhaval was Juniour Consultant at IMS Health. As a part of Disease Insights team, Dhaval was responsible for providing evidence-based intelligence on various therapy areas. Dhaval’s professional journey has made him well acquainted with situational analysis, forecast modelling, business analytics and interpreting market research. He has experience working across product lifecycle spanning from early product forecasts, inline forecasts to BD & L evaluations and LCM management. He also has decent knowledge working across therapy areas like Immunology, Dermatology, Neurosciences, Heart failure, COPD and biosimilars. Dhaval is well versed with data mining skills through secondary data search, market assessments, BD & L evaluations, Strategic planning and budgeting processes. On a technical side, he is familiar with Microsoft word, advanced excel and dashboarding with decent knowledge about automation using VBA. Specialties: Forecasting, Business analytics, interpreting market research, pipeline analysis, life cycle management and report writing Prior to joining IMS Health, Dhaval was a research scholar specializing in Pharmacology at National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. As a part of curriculum, he specialized in conducting in-vivo experiments, vascular reactivity studies, western blotting and chromatin biology experimentations particularly evaluating effects of estradiol on vascular dysfunctions in post-menopausal insulin resistant state. Following two years of extensive course and research work, Dhaval has earned a first-author research paper in British Journal of Pharmacology.
