I have worked in retail/customer services for a number of years, I have gained alot of experience and been able to develop my own skills such as working as part of a team, upselling, communicating and working well under pressure. I'm currently self employed working for Avon Cosmetics and starting a new role as a Customer Sales Advisor with Virgin Media. I have worked my way up from being an Independent Avon Representative to a Independant Sales Leader and I now have a team of 15 Representatives and 2 Sales Leaders who are currently in my team. I'm responsible for recruitment, training, keeping my team well informed of changes and updates as well as advertising. In my previous employment I received 100% mystry shopper where I was assessed on my skills which I was totally unaware of and was rewarded by my employer. Most of my employment I've been in a retail setting where I've been facing the general public face to face, by telephone and email. In addtion to this I have experience in cash handling, dealing with incoming deliveries/manual handling, stock management and providing a great service.
