About Dheeraj Kumar

In my 11+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the various facets involved in managing online orders & customer returns. My most recent role as a Senior Associate at Purezza Kids Pvt. Ltd. allowed me to manage end-to-end online order processing using Unicommerce, where I was responsible for daily processing and packaging of customer orders and customer returns from multiple e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, and Nykaa etc. This experience has honed my skills in order entry, verification, fulfillment, and dispatch, which are critical for ensuring timely order fulfillment in an e-commerce environment.Additionally, my previous position as an E-Commerce Executive at IKON Retail Pvt. Ltd. involved managing orders from various platforms, coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. I was tasked with generating daily reports and tracking inventory, which has equipped me with the analytical skills.
