About Dheeraj Sharma

I started my career at Aujus Technology Pvt Ltd, Noida in 2019 as a Trainee, and later transitioned into a permanent role as an Application Engineer. In this role, I work closely with defense clients such as DRDO and the Armed Forces, delivering technology demonstrations and contributing to turnkey solutions. I manage front-end communication with end users, ensuring their feedback and requirements are effectively passed on to the R&D team for development.Over time, my interest in client relations and business development has grown, and I now enjoy discussing new technologies and projects with customers. I've had the opportunity to lead an engineering team, overseeing resource utilization across multiple projects. My responsibilities also include managing supply chain and procurement processes, which are critical for controlling project budgets. By building relationships with vendors, I ensure we optimize costs and obtain essential components at competitive prices.Additionally, I handle e-tendering, drafting both technical and commercial documents to meet project requirements. One of my key tasks is overseeing reverse auctions, where patience and strategic decision-making are essential to protect the company from potential project losses.
