About Dheerendra Negi

I am a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Consultant, and Master Trainer in Six Sigma, specializing in business improvement and senior leadership coaching, with a steadfast commitment to advancing organizational quality. My focus on Lean Six Sigma training, certification, and project mentoring allows me to excel in establishing quality frameworks that yield measurable results. Driven by my passion for quality, I have made significant contributions on both national and international stages. As the youngest Vice Chair for ASQ LMC and an international judge for the American Society for Quality, I actively seek to influence the field and promote its growth. Currently, I serve as a licensed business improvement consultant for the Government of India. My career encompasses leadership roles and business improvement consulting positions at FIC, NIQC, HGS, and TCS. Additionally, I have served as a Master Black Belt (US & UK) at AXA Business Services and as a Black Belt with SLK Global. Throughout my journey, I have successfully managed transitional quality and business excellence initiatives involving up to team members. I hold an MBA in Total Quality Management and am certified as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from BSI, as well as a Master Black Belt from ASQ, ISI, and AIG. I am also an Agile Ninja Coach and a Professional Scrum Master. With a mission to empower corporate clients in implementing Lean Six Sigma, I am a recognized speaker and trainer in process re-engineering principles.
