Provide leadership to the local Data Center HR & Administration Premises & Project team with a broad set of responsibilities manage tactical and strategic activities with focus on continuous improvement. Operates and maintains data center to assure 100% up-time. Ensures that data centers comply with all local, state, and health and safety requirements. Operates data center equipment to obtain maximum effectiveness and efficiency (safety, cost, equipment longevity, and reliability). Handling revamp Project cycle from closed tendering process for old critical infrastructure equipment's. Works with IT Service Delivery to provide successful build implementations within specified timelines. Participates in all Change Management processes including risk assessment and procedural development and review. Works closely with the Engineering team in problem resolution and trending. Manages raised-floor capacity, power and cooling in data centers. Developing project baselines while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution. Anchoring erection & commissioning of equipment’s and ensured completion of project in minimum turnaround time with effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Ensuring timeliness in schedule and maintaining a punch list of to-do and accomplished work. Well versed with Scheduled maintenance and condition-based maintenance Tools and activities
