I am a highly skilled and resourceful Project Manager with 15 years of experience in customer relationship management and implementation support. I am an experienced leader who has led technical/delivery teams across locations having different time zones. I am a solution-oriented IT professional and expert in building successful solutions for clients. I provided L3 support to customers remotely in North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC. I have hands-on experience in Avaya Blue systems, Genesys & Siemens L1 level troubleshooting, and used SolarWinds tools for monitoring nodes and network alert generation. I managed daily hurdle calls, team engagement meetings, and the Next Gen Board. Additionally, I managed changes in the environment and Life size Video Devices (L1 Level), with basic knowledge of Cisco CUCM, Call Manager, Unity. I have also worked as a Communication Manager at Choron Diamonds India Pvt Ltd, where I handled the complete Avaya Voice system for the company, including Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services, Avaya Session Manager and other Avaya Products.
