About Dhruv K.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 2020, where I deepened my knowledge across various sectors of the Electrical and Electronics field. Motivated by my interests, I pursued the GATE examination, securing notable ranks that led to selections in various PSUs. In 2021, I successfully cleared the UPSC ESE, achieving AIR 31, and opted to join the Central Power Engineering Services with a focus on the power sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Director at the Central Electricity Authority under the Ministry of Power, I am responsible for coordinating and formulating technical standards and regulations pertaining to the grid connectivity of transmission lines in the long-term planning and operations of India's National Grid. My role encompasses overseeing all facets of the power sector, addressing technical, operational, and commercial considerations. Driven by a passion for contributing to the nation's growth, I am eager to continue making significant strides in the power sector. I look forward to further prospering in this dynamic and crucial field, leveraging my skills and expertise for impactful contributions.
