As a recent graduate of the Business Technology Management Program from Seneca College, I have gained a variety of skills such as problem-solving, analysis, attention to detail, organization and time management skills that are all important for the business market today. I have knowledge in business areas which include marketing, finance, accounting, database creation, programming, user stories creation, project management, economics, Microsoft Azure, Data Mining, Risk Management Planning, IT Auditing and strategic management. I have worked on various projects from different courses to apply learned business concepts to solve business case study problems and implement current up-to date trends to support a business process for an organization. My internship experience as Assistant Research Analyst at Empowered4x(an entrepreneurial firm) has helped me to develop my interpersonal skills as well as present information in a clear, understandable manner for clients and management to make business decisions based upon their objectives. I read through clients business plans to understand the business and industry they are in to identify gaps and provide service recommendations offered by the organization to help them see a brighter future based upon requirements. As well as keeping up to date on business trends and implementing those strategies into the plan to stay competitive in the fast-growing competitive industry. Using computer software's to display quantitative data to display the data will have. Cross-functioned with teams and management for frequent updates on clients and discussion about strategies to sustain clients as well as advertise for future events to bring in new clients to work with the team. I have worked on several projects during my time as an Assistant Research Analyst such as Healthcare Business Startup Consultation by showing a break-down plan, opening up an Ontario Healthcare clinic requiring the proper licenses and key information to open up a clinic with the given guidelines from gathering requirements and documenting them in report format for clients to understand the guidelines for opening up a business. Conducted research on various other entrepreneurial firms on services they offer as well as pricing to determine pricing and strategies to stay competitive.
