A self-driven and motivated marketing professional, I have nearly nine years of experience in managing global marketing programs and brand propositions, involving marketing campaigns, go-to-market strategies, marketing operations, physical activations, branding activities, and global thought leadership events. Currently, as a Portfolio Marketer and Brand Manager with ZS Associates, I lead marketing and brand-related activities for the consulting practice globally in accordance with firm priorities. I am responsible to devise and ensure a consistent go-to-market message, increase the share of voice for consulting portfolios and drive marketing and brand management for the largest thought leadership program at ZS associates, as the single biggest source of lead generation. Previously, as a Brand Manager at HCL Technologies, I led all brand-related activities in key upcoming Geographies and manage strategic programs for the HCL brand globally. With an in-depth understanding of technology, an engineering background, and a forte in communication and marketing, logic and a compelling message drive brand recall globally. I have also been responsible for executing several employee and customer engagement events in HCL along with planning marketing strategies, maintaining annual budgets for the marketing programs, developing value propositions, and analyzing data to derive impact effectiveness of advertising. I have personally conducted more than 40 Below the Line activations across the globe, covering above 20 cities, besides successfully strategizing and executing innovative branding activities across global delivery centers.
