As an Operations Manager at Purolator, I leverage my skills in delegation and customer service to oversee the daily operations of the delivery and transport network. I joined Purolator in May 2022, after working as an Assistant Store Manager at Walmart for almost two years, where I managed the fresh and consumable products and the customer experience at the front end. I have a strong passion for delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as optimizing efficiency and productivity. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, as evidenced by my completion of two programs at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in Construction Engineering Technology and Construction Engineering Technician. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can contribute to the success and growth of the organization and the team. I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities, and to apply my knowledge and skills to create value and impact.
