About Dhruv Singh
My current work includes end-to-end design of Apple SOCs for power optimization and power integrity.My previous work has focused primarily on technology definition, reliability and thermal management at large. Specifically I led projects on SoC design flows (Synthesis, P&R) for PPA optimization, design technology co-optimization at advanced nodes and FinFET/interconnect self-heating, TCAD, statistical reliability modeling (device and product scale), EM/IR design flows and competitive technology benchmarking. My PhD research focused on development of numerical and statistical methods for modeling and simulation of low dimensional and bulk semiconductor materials. I believe that improved methodologies through advanced modeling (and associated software development), data analysis/visualization and effective communication is the key to successful R&D in our industry and I'm always looking for opportunities that enable value addition through these avenues.My Google Scholar Profile:
