In my current role at Focus Softnet Pvt Ltd, I handle sales for their ERP, CRM, and HCM software solutions. I independently manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and solution demos to onboarding and collections — with a focus on building trust, solving real business problems, and driving company success. Though I didn’t join Sales with the expectation of cold calling, cold emailing, or aggressive lead generation, I embraced these challenges and stepped outside my comfort zone. Going above and beyond, I’ve contributed meaningfully to the company’s growth. While I don’t aim for hardcore target-oriented roles, I’ve delivered substantial results: facilitated orders worth ₹33L+ and generated over ₹23L in revenue, achieving 2.7x ROI on my annual compensation. This reflects my belief in a solution-first, client-centric approach to sales, ensuring both company and client success. My earlier role as a Tally & Zoho implementation consultant enables me to speak the language of operations and tech, making my sales conversations more consultative. I also conduct Tally & Power BI training for students and working professionals, helping them align business tools with their goals.
