About Dhvanit Shah

Every building has a story. I make sure it’s a sustainable one. I’m Dhvanit Shah, Founder & Principal of Hexicon ESD Consulting. For over a decade, I’ve immersed myself in the intersection of engineering, design and sustainability, helping projects move beyond compliance into legacy. At Hexicon, our mission is clear: to ensure that every building and infrastructure piece comes with its own sustainability report: one that balances carbon, cost, durability, and human well-being. Here’s how we deliver real impact: 1. Early integration. We step in at concept or planning stage to embed sustainable strategy, not patch it later. Technical rigor meets pragmatism. From energy modelling and embodied carbon to real procurement insights, our recommendations are grounded in data and buildability. Advocacy & education. I believe sustainable design shouldn’t be optional. I lead content, speaking and partnerships to drive awareness, not just projects. Over my career, I’ve worked across mechanical systems, sustainability consulting, and green design leadership roles. I bring that full stack experience into Hexicon, so clients don’t just get a report, they get roadmaps, decisions and outcomes. If you are a developer, architect, council or infrastructure leader committed to doing better and making it economically viable Let’s connect. Feel free to message me here or visit hexicon.com.au for sample reports, case studies or ideas. Keywords you’ll see me use: sustainability, ESD, net zero, embodied carbon, cost optimization, built environment.
