Di’s portfolio encompasses her startup passion project – the Power Of Women podcast, whilst continuing her executive search specialisation as Managing Director, Agora Partners specialising in Retail & Consumer. Although the idea of Power Of Women was first conceived 10 years ago, the arrival of new technology has enabled the original concept to come to fruition, at a time when the landscape is ideal to discuss the evolving dynamics of females. The market place has shifted, as has the mindset and the preparedness of many to step into the light and voice their truth. Many women, particularly the 50+ cohort struggle with feeling less visible, under-valued and unheard. Power Of Women will address this on the Power Of Women podcast, where we will deliver concise stories of rich, lived-experiences curated to inspire, motivate & empower. Drawing on 30 years’ experience as an executive search specialist, Di will access her extensive interview expertise to explore topics and lines of discussion that we believe will resonate with listeners.
