About Diaa Hashem

Experienced Sales Manager with over 20 years of deep involvement across the garment industry supply chain — from manufacturing to material sourcing to brand buying offices. At Coats Digital, I help apparel factories in EMEA drive digital transformation, leveraging technology to optimize production, improve quality, and close the gap with more developed markets like China and Sri Lanka. My strong foundation in garment factories, material suppliers, and buying offices gives me a full 360° understanding of the industry's challenges and the needs of every stakeholder. In addition, I provide consultancy support to garment factories and buying offices, helping them achieve their targets in price optimization, productivity improvement, quality enhancement, and customer-supplier connectivity. My mission is to be a trusted partner for manufacturers and brands — combining technical expertise, operational knowledge, and strong relationships to drive innovation, quality, and business growth.
