About Diah Dwi Lestari

Diah is a fresh graduate of Industrial Engineering from Diponegoro University. Having recently obtained her Bachelor’s degree, she aims to contribute her knowledge, skills, and commitment to excellence. She is agile and highly passionate about supply chain, logistics, and operations. During her two years as an assistant at the Lean Manufacturing Laboratory, she collaborated with colleagues to implement simulations of the Toyota Production System (TPS). This involved demonstrating various TPS production scenarios, such as Kaizen, Just in Time, Push and Pull System, Standardized Work, Poka-yoke, Andon system, and Built-in Quality. In her two-month internship at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk, she worked in the Supply Department, managing warehouse and supply activities for raw materials, spare parts, and fuel. She also conducted audits on material availability, evaluated optimal order quantity and safety stock, and operated ERP programs. Furthermore, during her one-year internship at British American Tobacco Indonesia, she actively contributed to the operation simplification project, including the Batch Management Project. Her responsibilities included managing material traceability, compiling weekly project status reports, and highlighting project risks and issues. She also contributed to Change Management Projects by creating and managing automatic databases. Since July 2022, she has served as a Production Performance Analyst at British American Tobacco Indonesia. In this role, she has collected and interpreted performance data related to OEE, MTBF, wastage, and other manufacturing KPIs. She monitored actual progress and adjusted glidepath metrics to ensure targets were met. Additionally, she developed and implemented strategies to achieve end-of-year targets for OEE, MTBF, and wastage. She also led or participated in continuous improvement projects.
