About Diamon Redfield

I am a diligent Licensed Master Social Worker with 7 years of experience facilitating emotional support, mental health evaluations, therapy, and case management services to at-risk communities. My vast areas of expertise include working in behavioral health, outpatient, and residential settings, providing case management, care coordination, and psychotherapy. I have successfully worked with individuals contending with mental health disorders, chronic illness, and trauma. I have served immigrant and refugee populations, as well as children in foster care. I am competent to work with most clients aged 8yrs+ to help manage anxiety, stress, low self esteem, depression, and interpersonal dysfunction. I fully believe that wellness is best achieved when we work collectively with others; combining a mind, body, and soul approach. With the implementation of a holistic, strengths based, trauma-informed, educational and collaborative approach, my goal is to provide individuals with empowerment, understanding, compassion, and the necessary tools to improve their quality of life through therapy and counseling. I always strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients through establishing rapport, authenticity, support and genuineness. I am a firm believer in my guiding principal that healing is not linear. It is not a destination but a journey.
