About Diamond Channels

I launched my career with a deep passion for service and helping others, beginning as a Summer Camp Manager at the Boys and Girls Club. There, I gained foundational experience in leadership, organization, and team coordination. My interest in problem-solving led me to the legal field, where internships in the court system evolved into a role as an Investigative Assistant—sharpening my research, analytical, and critical thinking skills. I then joined Apple, where I’ve continued to advocate for others. As a Technical Support Specialist, I delivered high-quality assistance to customers, and as a Leadership Academy Advisor, I mentored peers and promoted team development. Most recently, as a Recruiting Coordinator, I’ve focused on enhancing the candidate experience, managing complex scheduling, and supporting operational excellence within the recruitment process. Across all roles, I’ve remained committed to service, growth, and leadership—consistently working to create meaningful impact and drive results.
