About Diamond Conley

Diamond Conley, JD, is a Public Interest Attorney and a Social Worker at heart. Her personal and professional mission is to empower those who need a strategic partner and a dependable advisor. As a Career Coach, she has worked with and supported hundreds of professionals and law students to navigate and maneuver through career transitions. She is also particularly adept at supporting clients through stressful times, given her background in Civil Legal services and her Crisis Center work. Before becoming a Career & Life Coach, Diamond was a Public Defender and still serves as a Civil Legal Aid Attorney. After seeing a range of challenges that professionals in “helping professions” face, like burnout, decreased mental health, and confusion about how to move their careers forward and how to prioritize their needs, Diamond transitioned into career & life coaching. She is a trained Suicide Prevention and Crisis Center worker and has had the privilege to serve many clients in Health Care and Social Work contexts as well. In both coaching and the law, Diamond's method with her clients is deep-listening-based, client-centered, and strategic. She focuses on supporting her clients to clarify their goals and vision, identify their next steps, and build an action and accountability plan to reach their goals.
