Hey High Performer! I have established a collegiate and career history in understanding, developing, and executing high-performance behaviors needed for success in and outside of the workplace. Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, I spent most of my life developing my passions for education, community building, and self-advancement. At the bright age of thirteen, I was appointed the lead educator at my local church, allowing my skills for people development and delivering messages to commence early. I eagerly continued to hone my passions as I progressed through life; inevitably obtaining a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, a master's degree in Education, as well as becoming certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Prior to establishing TMG, I achieved over a decade of impactful work within the non-profit sector. During those years, I was recognized and promoted numerous times due to my outstanding performance and distinguished leadership. I have provided comprehensive development to hundreds of employees and have played a transformative role in the overall growth of multiple organizations. With gratitude and a sense of responsibility, I offer my expertise to all who champion high performance.
