About Dian Rose
Started as an international student in 1996 at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Graduated in and began the engineering career as a Quality Engineer for USConec, a Fiber Optic Company in Hickory, NC. To expand the knowledge and skills previously acquired joined RSI in 2005 as a process engineer. Learning to work under pressure in a fast pace environment, led multiple projects, from process improvement to capital implementation and various lean process transformations. Advancing into a leadership role, moved to operation in 2010, leading a challenging team toward success utilizing robust data analysis, continuous improvements, cross-trainings and operators involvements.
