A professional with a comprehensive picture of all aspects in People Operations (PO), with more than 15 years’ experience in diverse PO leading roles. My purpose is making differences in the business environment by empowering people and building and strengthening healthy organizational cultures. Most of my experience is gained in a fast growth and rapidly changing organizations. I have the confidence that no business transformation is possible without people and leaders equally transform and grow – and this is how an orgasational culture can become a key differentiator for the business and its performance. My calling is to build programmes that enable and inspire people to bring their best to and from work – daily.
