My mission is to improve the operational efficiencies throughout the rating process and ensure the quality and timeliness of the reports and data. As a publishing support specialist, I create and edit draft reports for the analytical team, run the FDR tool in excel to update issuer ratings and historical financial information, and submit the content to publishing and approval. I also coordinate and document management meetings, upload relevant documentation to the databases, and verify the accuracy and compliance of the information. I have strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as proficient skills in MS Office, internet, and intranet. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, and knowledgeable in current industry trends and technology.
