As a Senior Manager at Accenture, I serve as the Global Leadership Program Lead within HR Ventures & Acquisition, focusing on leadership development for executives who join the company through acquisitions. I manage an Executive Coaching Program and develop end-to-end assets for leadership success and integration. With over 15 years of experience in business process services, people management, process improvement, transition and transformation, and stakeholder management across various industries, I have also designed and implemented learning, mentoring, and coaching programs for leaders, specialists, and teams.My mission is to leverage analytics, automation, and AI across all HR processes, utilizing different systems and tools to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. I am a strong advocate for intelligent technology and high-performance teams. I hold a robust academic background in European public space and a human resource inspector certification.
