I’ve always had my fingers in dirt – real estate- in one way or another. A few years later, I worked at a large firm. I did whatever I was told to do, but mainly worked on commercial real estate and corporate matters. After several more years, I landed at a title company, presenting legal closing document for purchases and refinances of residential properties. From there, I tried my hand at mortgage loans, but the 2008-2009 financial crisis forced a change of plans. After obtaining my real estate license, I worked for a company specializing in loan modifications and short sales to avoid foreclosure on defaulted home loans. • Circumstances lead me back to Salt Lake City. I passed the Bar Exam and also got my real estate license. I incorporated and started Elite Realty & Management. The property management side of Elite Realty flourished. For almost a decade, I managed and sold residential properties. • In one way or another, from commercial properties, to title matters, residential loans, property management and home sales, I’ve had my hands in dirt, even when times got muddy. I uniquely have been involved in a vast array of real estate exchanges and understand what it means to represent a client’s best interests.
