I am a Brand Communication and Client Service Lead with over 19 years of experience in integrated marketing and multi-market campaign management. My work focuses on helping brands grow through meaningful storytelling, human-centered communication, and a consistent commitment to client service. I believe that successful communication begins with understanding people — their motivations, perceptions, and inner narratives. Alongside my role as Account Director, I am pursuing a Psychology degree and completing certification in the Referential of Archetypes, a projective method that deepens self-awareness and enhances relational understanding. These insights shape the way I approach my work, allowing me to see brands as living stories that forge emotional connections with their audiences.
