I am a Solution Delivery Manager and Product Manager with over 20 years in fintech and more than a decade focused on trading systems for stock exchanges and central banks. My role combines delivery leadership, product strategy, and technical insight. I make sure complex platforms are not only built, but built right. What I enjoy most is taking big, complex business problems and shaping them into configurable, scalable solutions that serve clients today and leave room for growth tomorrow. I lead teams through the full project lifecycle, from hashing out specs and designing the architecture to delivery, client rollout, and continuous product improvement. Along the way, I’ve found that success isn’t only about technology; it’s about people. I aim to meet client needs, defuse tense situations, and create solutions they feel are truly theirs. Within my team, I mentor colleagues, helping them grow into the roles where they can thrive. In short: I bridge business and technology, lead with clarity and empathy, and keep products moving forward while keeping people (clients and teams) on board and engaged.
