Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management at Columbia University, I recently supported policy development as a Board Aide at the County of Santa Clara. My work there, alongside my Bachelor's in Sociology from UC Berkeley, has equipped me with core competencies in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and community advocacy. In the retail sector with Gap, I honed my skills in customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. In my role with Santa Clara County, our team developed key strategies to address pressing social service issues, working closely with a diverse set of stakeholders. We effectively summarized complex information to influence policy, reflecting my commitment to community service and my ability to bring diverse perspectives to the table. Leveraging my academic background and practical experience, I am poised to contribute to any organization's mission, especially those focused on social impact and community development.
