About Diana Versace

I’m passionate about supporting entrepreneurs in building a finance function that frees up their time and headspace, so they can focus on what they do best. As a fractional CFO, I work with several clients on a part-time basis, typically 2 to 4 days per month, providing the expertise of a senior CFO without the commitment or cost of a full-time hire. Before kicking off any new engagement, I take the time to really understand what matters to you, not just in terms of your business objectives, but also your personal goals as an entrepreneur and individual. From there, we can create a clear, tailored financial roadmap that helps turn those ambitions into reality. Whether your focus is on scaling quickly, preparing for a successful exit, retiring earlier, pursuing a passion project, or simply enjoying more time with your family, I’m here to help you align your business strategy with your life goals. You can learn more about our distinctive and flexible fractional CFO model here: Feel free to drop me a message if you’d like to set up a time to talk. Chief Financial Officer / Fractional CFO
