Passionate about the art of hosting, I'm a professional of the hotel and tourism industry with 15+ years of experience in Hotel Rooms Operations across various brands, from local boutique hotels to 5* grand luxury properties from international brands like Marriott, Hilton, Leading Hotels of the World and Princess Hotels and Resorts. I shifted my focus to collaborate with SaaS companies in the hospitality industry. This led me to enter the realm of Web Development, where I earned certification as a Full Stack Web Developer. I entered the Corporate Housing industry at Apartool, a corporate travel tech startup, where I helped open, develop, and drive business in the US and UK markets. Additionally, I improved procedures and processes as a booking manager and later as the supplier relations team lead. I'm now back in the hotel industry as a client success specialist in a hotel SaaS, assisting hoteliers worldwide drive their booking channel with the help of The Hotels Network suite of tools.
