About Diana West

I love assessments. That is what has kept me in the Emergency Department for so many years. Being a triage and trauma nurse for the Pediatric Emergency Department in a major Boston hospital has been the job of my dreams. I continue to love it. I work with a great group of people and an interesting multicultural and indigent, high-risk population is always challenging me to bring comfort, hear and treat patients in new ways. Working in a fast paced environment allows me to use my critical thinking skills every day. Transitioning into a career that allows me continue to use these skills and impact children and their families to have better health outcomes is a fabulous idea. In this time of expanding telehealth options I would love to work in that field.
