Experienced international disputes lawyer (fluent German- and French-speaking) dealing with commercial litigation, arbitration and ADR. I also advise on aspects of English and international insolvency. I advise clients both in the UK and overseas (principally Germany, Austria, Switzerland & France, but also in the USA and worldwide.) I am interested in finding commercial solutions for clients, both to limit their risk and exposure, and to manage their legal costs sensibly.
