As a certified Project Manager and development practitioner, I have held many management positions in my decade-long career in project and program management. Here are some things about me, my work and what makes me tick:I've managed seven Government of Jamaica youth development projects that have positively impacted the lives of over at-risk youth. I led the overall management and design of the project initiatives to provide training and employment opportunities for the nation's vulnerable youth and I loved every minute of watching the life-changing effect of these activities. I can successfully turn concepts into project initiatives- I excel at achieving project outcomes despite constraints- My can-do attitude and interpersonal skills help to lead and motivate cross-functional teams- I am decisive, especially when tough decisions need to be made.I am a believer in continuous learning- If there is something I do not know, that will not be the case for long- Google is my best friend - I'm always adapting and changing; growth is very important to me.I was born and bred on the likkle but tallawah island of Jamaica.
