Howdy, I’m Diandra My path into design wasn’t linear — it started on the soccer field, where I learned the value of strategy, teamwork, and iteration. Those same principles shaped my entrepreneurial mindset and eventually guided me toward product design, where creativity meets problem-solving. Today, I’m a Product Designer for Employee Tools at RB Global, supporting the systems that power our internal teams — from Customer Support helping customers manage their assets and accounts, to Finance Operations managing global disbursements and payouts. As the second design hire for our internal tools product, I’ve contributed to scaling our design system, refining our PM and developer processes, and navigating the challenges of designing within a Retool-based, developer-constrained environment. My work often intersects with change management, helping internal employees adapt to evolving workflows that directly impact customer and financial experiences. Before RB Global, I designed end-to-end experiences across industries — from financial services and e-commerce to energy.
