About Diane Beaty

Technology - love it or hate it, that was the question for me. I made the choice to love it. I have been a proponent of "Change or die" ideology my entire life, which influenced my decision to take the path of acceptance and change. My strengths include process improvement, training, diagnosing hardware and software issues. My goal is to help the client understand the technical jargon and make it relate to something they can understand. While I am capable of writing code, maintaining databases, trouble shooting hardware and project management, to say I could only do one of those things would not be an accurate description of me. I love taking a client from day 1 through GoLive. I love seeing their progress as they learn new ways to make their jobs and lives easier. My ability to empower the end user to relate software capabilities into a sequence that works for their needs. Technology should be running silently in the background allowing the associates to be focused on providing the best customer experience possible. Soft people skills are often missing in today's technological field. There must be a balance of soft and hard skills. Possessing soft skills does not make me unprofessional, it makes me an asset. Hard skills can be learned, but soft skills are innate and often undervalued. I believe one cannot exist without the other. I am a mixture of both, soft when needed and hard when problems arise, cool under pressure, but able to turn up the heat to make things happen. I am driven, tenacious and a closer.
