I have extensive administrative support experience and pride myself on excelling at any task and having the ability to wear many hats at one time. I am an excellent typist with a speed of 75+ wpm and I have great written and oral communication skills. My most recent position was with McDonnell & Associates, P.A. where I began working as a pre-closer and then moved into a closer position in the REO Department. Thereafter, I was moved to the post-closing department when the REO Department was moved to the Pennsylvania office location. As a Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant at Butler & Hosch, P.A, I served as the Foreclosure Manager. I oversaw the general day to day functions of the foreclosure department and supervised seven employees, as well as assisting with the document preparation and other clerical duties when needed. At Weston Adams Law Firm, I was the senior Legal Assistant. During my time there, I aided staff members with their job duties and trained many new employees in foreclosure law as well as office procedures. My reputation is being a competent team member who always gets the job done and my ability to work cross-functionally and multi-task various responsibilities. The most important skill I pride myself on that will greatly fit this role is that I am resourceful and an avid self-starter. My experience has taught me the importance of being proactive and adapt as situations arise. I arrive to work on time every day ready to give one hundred percent to my job duties. I am a problem solver and enjoy helping my fellow employees.
