About Diane Cimorelli

I am the Business Director for non-profit organization committed to providing a quality educational experience. In this role, I manage the fiscal activities, community relations, organizational events and administrative functions. Recently, I collaborated with an architect and contractor to redesign and renovate our outdoor space to enhance the unstructured play experience. I developed and directed this project from conception to implementation. It was a challenging endeavor as well as a great accomplishment when we completed phase 1 of our project. Before joining Grace Montessori, I worked as an administrator in the manufacturing industry. This was a great experience where I had the opportunity to balance various aspects of running a business such as accounting, information systems, consultants, and human resources. I enjoy using my leadership and social skills in business settings. My favorite part is problem solving and building relationships that enhance the customer experience. Through these projects I connect with other people and organizations that share a common goal. I find this to be a very rewarding experience. I have a BA from State University of New York, Empire State College, a MicroMasters from University of Michigan School of Information and a Google IT Support Professional Certificate. I always enjoy hearing from the people I’ve worked with, learned with and anyone who shares my interest in growth and group collaboration.
