With over two decades of combined experience in project management, small business ownership, and community event planning, I bring a unique blend of organization, creativity, and leadership to every role I take on. As the owner of Pit Stop Beauty Shop, I specialize in delivering fast, luxury salon services—including custom color and hair extensions—for busy professionals who want results without the wait. Running a solo salon is a masterclass in project management: I oversee scheduling, marketing, inventory, budgeting, client care, and vendor relations every single day. In addition, I serve on the Butler Township Recreation Board, where I help coordinate large-scale public events like our Butler Township Summer Kickoff Festival. I manage logistics for dozens of vendors, tricky tray donations, entertainment, marketing, and community engagement—applying the same strategic planning and execution skills I’ve developed throughout my career. Before opening my salon, I worked in a more traditional project management capacity, where I led cross-functional teams, managed budgets and timelines, and delivered high-quality outcomes across various initiatives. I’ve carried those skills into everything I do—whether it’s streamlining a beauty service or coordinating a community-wide event. I'm always open to opportunities that align with my strengths in leadership, operations, and program management—especially roles that value efficiency, innovation, and a people-first approach.
