As an experienced Hotel Sales and Marketing professional I have worked in both limited and full service properties.During my career I have worked for Marriott, Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, Radisson and non-branded hotels. As a sales manager I handled the corporate market, and then became director of sales, overseeing diverse market segments handled by my sales managers, including SMERF, sports, corporate and government. I have led my teams through rebranding and major renovations. I am proficient in the Opera reservations, sales and marketing software program, as well as Hotelligence and Star Reports in sales analysis. I enjoy networking to generate leads and am a relationship builder! My clients remain loyal to me and appreciate my professionalism and attention to detail.
