Diane Kahn is a Certified Coach and Executive Director with Optavia, the Professional Coaching Division of our parent company Medifast. The system makes it clear that creating health is a process and we need tools, support, and a blueprint. It also helps a new Client realize that health and wellbeing are much more than weight loss. Diane will assist with the system as a guide with each step so easy and break things down so simply, it can be done consistently every day, which is the missing ingredient in almost all failed attempts to sustain change. The process starts with very simple habits such as eating every three hours and drinking the recommended 64 oz. of water*. I help my clients move beyond their past and previous weight loss attempts to understand how to take control of their health and wellbeing. In addition to personally losing 45lbs with the program, maintaining it for 10 years, Diane has Coached 100's of clients with Optavia's Proven system to reach Optimal Health by reaching their healthy weight. She is also responsible for mentoring new Health Coaches and assists Entrepreneurs interested in developing a home-based business.
