About Diane Kane

25 plus years of working with Culture, OD, Change and Careers, has given me the experience of fascinating roles as Educator, Director, Manager, Coach, Freelancer, Innovator and implementer. I’ve built teams for established and start-up businesses, facilitating career prospects for individuals in many service and infrastructure industries. I currently lead a National Careers practice working with businesses and organisational leaders to help deliver seamless transitions resulting from change. My focus is on creating the necessary dynamics to transform individual moments into broader organisational contexts, create pathways to support business integration and help individuals to make successful personal transitions to adopt change or optimise their careers. I’ve always had a fascination to see people and organisations reach their potential, and a natural curiosity about what motivates others. I use unique insights to inspire, energise and connect people to achieve successful outcomes, coaching them during career transition, performance or leadership development. My approach centres on building trust, high levels of personal interaction, adding context and shifting mindsets. I enjoy helping leaders at all levels, to tap into the limitless energy and creativity of their employees by building their capability to deliver fear free career conversations in the pursuuit of career satisfaction and help their organisations thrive.
