I am a data solutions professional with over 8 years of experience in transforming data into insights and solutions through data analysis, opinion mining, business intelligence, project management, process improvement, technical leadership, and market research. My strengths lie in analyzing the data to identify the causes of trends, finding way to improve on those trends, and visually presenting those improvements in a solution. I have expertise in using various BI tools to analyze, visualize, and communicate data, working on projects ranging from workforce segmentation, productivity prediction and sales forecasting to support analysis. I have helped organizations increase their productivity/revenue, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction. I am passionate about finding new ways to leverage data to solve complex problems and create value. When I'm not reviewing data, I like to play basketball and soccer, engage in hip hop classes, practice conversational French, and work on logic puzzle games to keep my body and mind sharp. Accomplishments: Calgary Police Service • Led the project management and development on Recruitment dashboard migration (Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Pages, BI), SharePoint). City of Calgary • Led reporting efforts in the development of the IdM Operations Dashboard (dashboard for support)-(PowerBI, ADF, Azure Logic Apps, Denodo). • Led reporting efforts in the development of the Transit eStore, and data analysis for a Goal Tracking System (AWS, C#, Active Reports.NET Core). • Led migration efforts in the myCity 2.0 project for CMS solution equivalents from current myCity (SharePoint) to new myCity (Adobe Experience Manager) based on reporting and analysis • Won first and second place as a team for the innovative ideas on blockchain voting and AI chatbot for citizens pitched at the 2017 IT Hackathon.
