My pan-African experience in SMEs and corporates has allowed for tremendous professional and personal growth in strategy, operations, leadership, data analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing. These key learnings have taught me the following about myself and business: I can successfully turnaround a struggling business of 53 employees to achieve sustained +108% revenue growth in 7 months- I use a fully data-driven approach to analyse, forecast, and execute- I lead best by uniting a team around shared goals- Customer-centricity underpins all that I do- I use servant leadership to consistently upskill a team to achieve growth- Strategies are nothing without detailed execution and results tracking. I am a forever-learner focused on development of myself and others- I believe no one is born with knowledge, everyone has to learn. I focus energy on not when someone learns but rather that they learn- I obtained my MBA to expand my skills and nourish my mind- I have an insatiable curiosity driving personal and professional evolution- I derive joy from building skills in others.
