At Miele I am the Supervisor in the Dealer Support group. Where I over see our pre-order group. This includes scheduling, payroll, monitor and adjust phone coverage and handle organization of our email box to help increase productivity in order entry, stock checks and etas on existing orders from our dealers and territory managers. I started as a technical service rep for our floor are group and made my way up to team lead for the vacuum group in customer support where I handle all the inbound technical repair questions from our servicers, orders, product knowledge as well as any consumer calls that end up in that queue. I transitioned over to dealer support where I helped our territory management team with any problems and request they have as well as processing orders and exchanges. I rewrote the training program for Delta Millennium group. making it cohesive and planned working with groups up to 6 at a time getting them on the phones and comfortable with 2 brands of very different products in @ 2 weeks with supervision and 3 weeks on their own. I helped write and maintain an internal wiki page for our products, making it easy to find information quickly.
